Indemnification

You and the entity on whose behalf you access and use the System shall defend and indemnify API Setu, and its affiliates, officers, employees, and users, against all liabilities, damages, losses, costs, fees (including legal fees), and expenses relating to any allegation or third-party legal proceeding to the extent arising from:

a). Your or your entity’s use or misuse of the APIs and the platform;

b). Your violation or your entity’s violation of the Terms;
